Unleaded fuel is all that is available in the USA or Canada anymore (except AVGAS).
As far as REGULAR or PREMIUM, you are dealing with anti-knock compounds, or OCTANE rating.
If your car manufacturer recommends regular, USE IT. Using Premium or Premium Plus does nothing for your car or fuel system. All of the additives are exactly the same EXCEPT for anti-knock compounds.
Save your money.

First, read your car's owners manual for the recommended gas to use. Most cars used in the U.S. today only require 87 octane. Unleaded gas is the only gas available for purchase in the U.S., the only difference is the octane rating. Some people think the higher the octane ( premium ) the better. This is not true, if you car's ignition system is not hot enough to fully burn premium gas, it can cause more harm than good in the long run in the form of carbon buildup in the engine. Switching to premium is nothing more than a waste of money.

Nothing wrong with burning higher quality gas. Premium gas retains its quality better and longer than regular gas, lessening the chances of 'gumming-up' fuel sysytems or injectors. Generally going with premium once in a while is just wasting your money.

You can put the higher octane fuels in your car but if your car is designed to run on regular your not gaining anything by doing so. The only thing I would be care full of is the amount of ethanol in the fuel you use. Ethanol can be used to raise the octane level but unless your car is designed for it don't use anything that's over 10% ethanol or it may, over time, damage parts of your fuel system.

plus or premium will last a little bit longer than reglar but its not nesseary. i use premium in 2004 sunfire cause it last a lil longer and it is about the same as regular gas. but its ur choice. but try the regular full tank....and see how many miles u get and then try premium and see how many miles u get.

No, its not necessary to goto Plus or premium. Is a waste of money, and doesn't do anything better for your performance.

yes, the only time you NEED anything other than regular is if it is indicated in your car's owners manual other than that it is just a waist of money
