Not sure what you mean by "signature" exactly. If you're talking about how your forum submissions are 'signed', then there's no real way of automatically making any forum know your signature.
If your 'signature' is plain text, you can, however, do it up in notepad... so when you're on various forums, you can copy & paste it to your forum submission.
Another idea - many forums will allow you to custom design a 'signature' which it will append to any and all submissions you submit. That's probably the key for you. So sign in to the various forums you frequent, and doctor up your signature that way for each forum.

Your signature is stored on all of those forums individually. You will need to go to each of those forms and change them manually.

You would need to change in each of the forums that you post in. There should be an option to edit your profile.
