acne is due to the blocking of the pores, i had pimples, now i have clean skin, some tips is wash ur face as many times as u can use soapless facewash tht cleans the dirt, i use Oriflame-tea tree face wash, no facial products, iam a medico and dont like to use any medicines for face, and most imp thing is be happy, exam tension increases my pimples,
note: try using glycerine and rose water mix overnight, its good for most of the skin ailments, even cracked heels, ive tried it u too can try

try not to touch your pimples, put toothpaste on your pimples, buy some over the counter pimple creams that contain benzoyl peroxide or salycytic acid,use astrigents, try not to get sunburned on your face,wash your face with ivory soap, try to keep your face clean throughtout the whole day, and if it's really bad go to a dermatologist or just let time go by. You'll get better eventually. :-)

DO NOT PICK THEM! first lesson!
there are several otc (over the counter) products that will dry them up u can use. also, your diet may need changing. if this does not help maybe your doctor can prescribe some medication that will help u.
