I imagine you could just send the link to your page if you're using them as reference. If you're asking them to publish your poems, however, you would need to have them in a text file, preferably Word, which is what most publishers want, and then email them. Some will accept them copied and pasted directly in an email message. Check the specs on the publisher's site.

Be warned that many publishers will consider them already published if you post them online. This is okay with some but not with others. Make sure to mention that they are online when sending.

I don't believe there is a way to actually forward them directly from 360.

The simplest answer is to email your poems to a publisher or use their online submission form. The problem is that anyone accepting online or email submissions is probably a vanity publisher. They'll publish your poems all right, but you'll pay for the whole process.

I'd suggest getting a copy of the "2006 Poets Market." It has advice on getting published and lists of numerous publishers. Look through there to find someone that sounds like the kind of company you want to work with, and follow their submission guidelines.
