So here's the deal...I'm a cross country runner and I ran in a meet on thursday. I got a stomach cramp shortly after finishing the race (which is not that unusual for me), but the cramp has stayed with me for the past three days!! It's in the right side of my abs...any advice as to how I can get rid of this cramp (or if it even is a cramp)?

Sounds like you had a muscle spasm, strain, tear or over exerted yourself. If the pain does not subside by morning, consider seeing a professional.
