1. Well it started in 1988 when he was hired by his father, Bush Sr, to research the evangelical vote. He came back and stated that was such a powerful force that if you could appeal to them, you could win the presidency. He submitted several documents on how to 'sound' Christian.

2. He then used that to become governor of Texas.

3. Gingrich moved the republicans to the right and Rove moved the image of the democrats left.

In the first election of 2000 he was appointed the president by the Supreme Court, Gore actually won the popular vote but the job of selecting a president fell to 9 supreme court justices, we the american people stood still for that one and on the election of 2004 he actually was elected, which goes to show you the old theory is actually true, in the case of the voters you can not teach an old dog new tricks the voters that voted him in were suckered again.

Apparently, more people wanted him as President, and frankly, we don't have a whole lot to choose from. I totally agree with allowing the young to vote(i've only had the chance to vote twice now), but you have to realize that it's a popularity contest like it is in high school, mixed in with alot of money and media coverage. Why are there only two main partys that get a chance to win? I wish I knew.
I gave up on trying to figure this stuff out a while ago, and decided, that no matter how few people will vote for the obscure candidates in the other partys, I will vote for the one I believe in most.

People don't research their Presidents. They watch one or two debates and ask what their friends think.

Vote for what you believe. Tell others to really think about who they are choosing, and look into other parties that might just stand for what they believe.

One main reason is that there were not that many pro-Democrats voted. Eventhough I lean more towards Democrats, I honestly think there were too many that thought their votes wouldn't count.

And I think that now, more and more pro-Democratic voters will be taking the next elections much more seriously due to the multiple deceits the Bush administration created toward US citizens, toward his once loyal Christians, and towards congress.

You obviously haven't paid attention in school. There is this thing called voting. When you are 18 you can register to vote. If you don't know about it, then don't register to vote. Try to remember the answer - again, it is called voting. Make sure to read all answers, as it may help the word to get stuck in that peabrain of yours. Also, do a search on VOTING and you may figure it out.

The little scum bought, lied , murdered, cheated and sucked his way into the presidency with help from mental delinquents like those above that maintain "He was elected." Both "elections" were fraudulent, but the neo-cons were much more adroit in their second attempt than the first. This time they didn't need Clarence and the Supremes.

The first time it was thanks to the crookedness and chicanery of his brother Jeb Bob down in Florida. The second time - he sold the American people a bill of goods and since 49 million plus American citizens have proven themselves to be idiots, they bought it and voted for the motherf*****.

As Bush said himself, "Fool me once, shame on me.....fool me twice and, uh, uh, uh, ....won't get fooled again." The American people got fooled by that lying sack of s*** that is now president - hopefully, they "won't get fooled again" in 2008 and vote for another war-mongering, cowardly, lying, thieving, bastard like him again. If they do, they'll deserve everything that happens to them - which will be plenty.

By fear- and hate-mongering the Religious Right and other conservatives into believing that killing innocent civilians "over there" is the only way to protect people "over here." By convincing that same constituency that the most distressing domestic issue we face is the possibility that gays and lesbians might want to be in committed relationships. And by manipulating the system into negating large numbers of votes that were cast for the opposition in areas of the country with weak voting processes and protections.

Jeb Bush and Katherine Harris rigged it up in Florida. Ever notice the only place with voting problems just happens to be the state that is runned by Bush's brother? I'm sure it's a coincidence.

And this is how he won the second election. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3695211834018080649
