Oral sex (from Latin os, oris "mouth") consists of all the sexual activities that involve the use of the mouth, tongue, etc., to stimulate genitalia. It may be used as foreplay before intercourse, or as climax of a sexual act, which may also include the ingestion of semen and vaginal fluids. Ingestion of these fluids alone, without physical mouth-to-genital contact, is not considered to be oral sex. Common slang terms for oral sex, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, include to "go down on", "give head to" or "give a ******* to" a partner.
Oral sex is often used as the principal form of sexual expression or as part of foreplay. Not only are the sexual organs sensitive and well supplied with nerve endings, the same is true of the mouth, tongue and lips, so enjoyment of oral sex is not always limited to the person on the receiving end.

It is possible to transmit or receive various sexually transmitted diseases by way of heterosexual oral contact. Know the person you are with, and her sexual history, or don't do it. To be much safer, oral sex may be performed on a female by using a dental dam. These are available in many adult stores, or by mail on the web from companies that also sell condoms.

There is still a risk of getting an STI this way. Try taking a condom (unlubricated), cutting it down one side and holding it over her. This way, you can still stimulate without actually touching her and you won't get an STI. If you know 100% that she is clean, then it is fine (which you should because you wouldn't be giving oral unless you were in a commited relationship).

This activity has some risks. You can get some kinds of bacteria and fungal infections, and STDs in your throat. You can use a device called a dental dam to protect yourself.

the only thing you'd need to worry about is is she has an STD, HIV/AIDS. otherwise its fine. oral sex is great! stay safe!

From a woman's point of view, its maximum in all probability that adult men want the adventure with no condom, because it feels more desirable proper etc. yet i might want to recommend you donning one, if a woman has a colesore :-| - undesirable days. xx
