You probably have a urinary tract infection. Go to the drug store and get some AZO standard and cranberry pills. Drink lots of cranberry juice and water spritzers. Then see a doctor ASAP. This can spread to your kidneys and cause permanent damage.

sounds like u have a bladder infection, possibly a kidney infection too. seek medical attention asap. you need an antibiotic to clear it up. plus drink plenty of fluids& cranberry juice until u get to a doctor.

Hopefully you will talk to a doctor about it within 24 hours... perhaps the emergency room?
You could have a bacterial infection somewhere. Really, go see a doctor as soon as possible.

sweetheart you may have a std because your having painful urine go immediately to the doctor so it wont spread to your other organs have them give you a test for other sexually transmitted diseases and make sure to take care of yourself they may be able to tell you if it is a regular infection or if you have a std and good luck to you go to the emergency room right now

hmm..lemme see,the orange color could be an overload of B12..,
but that does not explain you vomiting..
go see doc,take some vomit and pee with you,if possible..,that would be alot easy'er for the doc to find out whats wrong..

you need water. also what color are the whites of your eyes, if it is yellow go to the doctor you might be suffering from hepatitis.
