my sister feels like i live her out what kinda of stuff can i do with her to let her know i care and i still love her i dont have no money so its not like i can take her out

You can still spend time with her without spending money! Invite her over to watch something at home with you, talk to her about her likes dislikes, it's just like building a friendship, except the bond will be stronger because you're both bound by blood.
Make your sister your friend, because believe me you will need each other more and more as you get older.

There is tons of stuff the two of you can do, anything from biking or roller blading to going to the mall. If your looking for something "deeper" try volunteering together at a shelter or nursing home.

All she needs is someone to talk to and spend alittle close time talking or listening to music .play cards set a time aside for you and her one day a week is yours and hers ,stay close !!I lost my baby sister to murder and I woud love to have her here to do stuff with ,we used to do makeovers just for fun ,so live each minute like its the last ,God Bless you both
