If I were you (based solely on your question), I'd focus on english first. Once you get that straightened out, then move on to french.

The first poster is right. I don't see how you are going to learn French when you obviously have not learned English. All of your questions on here show this. No sentence skills, bad grammar and vocabulary and spelling. Good luck! lol

Practice! Write out conjugations every day and then practice them aloud.
J'aime
Tu aimes
Il/Elle/On aime
Nous aimons
Vous aimez
Ils/Elles Aiment
Je suis alle au match du football american.
When I'm learning a language, I always catch myself spelling words and numbers in that language (Deux chat!) and translating words/sentences in my head that I know.

Well I am takin' French 2 next year so what i did is pay ver close attention to the verbs i use in a sentence and how i use the verb.
Ex:
Verb: nager- to swim
Sentence: J'aime nager.
Translation: I like to swim.

just one word Practice, yeah how can you practice, well by your name i would infer that you are hispanic and that you speak spanish, if you do this is great because spanish and french come from the same roots "latin" and it will be kind of easier to pronounce and to think about the grammar in spanish.
Good Luck
Practice is the keyword =)

So you don't want to sound like an uneducated foreigner in front of the French people? Kind of what Chinese people sound like to Americans?
