acropolis.
metro.
1.from omonia station you take the red line metro to agios dimitrios and you stop at the station acropolis.
go up the station and you can see acropolis ahead of you
2.from omonia station take the train to pireus.stop at the station thisio.go up and walk along a long street you see in front of you(dionisiou aeropagitou)and in the end there is acropolis
bus.take from akadimias str or sintagma sq the bus 230 to acropolis , not zografou, and tell the driver to leave you at the station next to acropolis
on foot.go to sintagma sq.find ermou str and walk along.in the end youll find an orthodox church.walk straight ahead until you find monastiraki metro station.ask someone how to go on foot to thisio for further directions.its not far away.and then you walk like in step 2.

I would suggest flying. Walking will take you a long time :)
