Someone just told me about putting straight sulfur around the outside your house every few months works. I just put some down, I don't know if it works, but, the people at Home Depot said to try "snake b gone" too......That stuff stinks though.

have the home owner get some cats. lots of cats. i think they are a natural predator to the rat.

just have the homeowner think of them as pets. Fuzzy litle gerbils. Start giving them names. . .
