You know, the stuff that irks ya, makes you want to strangle that darn peever... or at least tries your "cool"

For me...

Loud scraped chairs,
jangling keys,
gum smacking,
insensitive/jarring drivers (when I am a passenger),
dishes that are not clean,
being interrupted in serious conversation more than 20% of the time,
caveman table manners (using a thumb rather than a knife to push food onto a fork...shudders!),
not getting what I want, when I want it! (oh wait, that is more of a diva peeve...)

...there may be a reason I am still single!!!

"...there may be a reason I am still single!!!" The illustrious Bachboy to the rescue!!!!!

But on to pressing matters:
Solo drivers on the carpool lane during bumper to bumper traffic,
Dirty clothes on the carpet or floor (esp. underwear),
People of the cloth (who think they know it all about whatever),
Vermin (again people) who leave their Lincoln Logs in the John after they used the toilet!!!! UGH!,
Co-workers who talk about their sex life (or lack thereof) during work hours...,
Illegal aliens (regardless of country of origin),
People who claim to represent or speak for their entire race, ethnicity, religion etc. (e.g. Black/White/Brown etc. leaders),
Yes, being interrupted in whatever conversation because the other person believes they know how I'm going to answer...,
Leechers,
Those who kill/murder/maim others on behalf or their religion/god etc.....

Okay, on the home front:

1.Dishes left on the counter and not put in the sink.
2.Bathroom towels bunched on the sink and not hung up to dry
3.Lights left on all over the damn house - makes me crazy
4.The TV left on all night. This wakes me up and makes me insane because I have trouble sleeping
5. He takes off his clothes and leaves them on the staircase banister, the floor, a door knob or in the bathroom- sometimes on the counter, on top of the little garbage can, or the floor. Fortunately (or unfortunately) one of our 8 cats likes to pee everywhere and these things get hit. Ahh payback is.... a male cat with issues.
6. He watches CNN news regularly, all the time. The world is depressing enough I don't want to be reminded of it day in and day out. Honey, how about a comedy???

But I adore the man. My husband is the most generous and supportive person I have ever met, so I put up with it - but then, I am 50 and I had to learn how to let these things go! LOL..but then, I am no prize either (giggle) and he has to put up with me. Poor dear.

Okay, at work:

1. People who start talking to me while I am on the phone conducting business. Hello? I do not get this.
2. People who walk into my office without knocking
3. People who continue to knock on my door even when I say I am on the phone
4. Gossip of all kinds, but especially by women who are 50 or older! Hello? Didn't we all graduate from high school in the '60's or 70's?
5. People who use the bathrooms and do not wipe up the water they've spewed all over the sink counter, do not pick up the papertowels they threw on the floor and left there, and or do not spray after themselves with Lysol when they have been in there. Clearly I cannot deal with other people's ..uh..smells.

Oh, and bad New York City drivers...they are nuts!

My Pet Peeve is when people refer to a solder as a troop, when troop is actually a Calvary of many men. A trooper is a single man, who can be part of a Calvary.

You don't get pulled over by a State Troop for breaking the law (unless you are O.J.). You get pulled over by a State Trooper.

I can't stand that my bank, only lets my deposits go in a midnight, but can subtract my checks or debits anytime of the day they want!

I can't stand to talk to somebody who thinks they know EVERYTHING about EVERY subject!

I can't stand it when people interrupt you when you are talking. You know when they are not really listening to you. They are only waiting for you to shut up so they can talk again.

I can't stand it when I work all week, watching peoples kids, so they can go to work and make money, and then they act like paying me is not important at all. I hate having to remind them to pay me. They act like they forgot or it's definitely not on their high priority list. Some I have to call and remind.

I hate it when kids are mean to my kids.

I hate hearing somebody smack their lips...when they do I can't concentrate on anything else but that.

Another thing that bugs me is when people make ignorant statements. Like putting down another country that they have never been to or know anything about. I see that allot here on answers.

One of my biggest pet peeves is when I need something from my desk drawer, and it isn't there, such as pens, paper clips, stapler or tape. Darn kids!!! Why can't they just put things back where they belong.
