You see, my dear one... just you merely asking such a warm question... is 'us' moving to a gentler way of life. Society as a whole is in its very infancy of learning what not to do. We will have many lifetimes to bring Love where Love seems not to be. Thanks much for your part in this wonderful endeavor.

No we will not.
I say all the time I hope I am dead and gone to heaven before this generation has to run the country.
People are raising their kids with no values at all.
It is so accepted in our culture for teens to have kids. It's terrible. They are in a rebellious stage of their life and it shows in how they raise their kids. They teach them absolutely nothing about respecting elders or their parents. They throw adult situations in the laps of these poor kids and they grow up dysfunctional. In the future it will be common for someone who is 45 years old to be a great grand parent. No wisdom in this.
Along with the above people have no patience and no tolerance. All to common for someone to get mad and instead of going home and cooling off. They have to go kill someone.
Lets not talk about the environment. We are causing havoc on our environment. By the time the masses really pay attention it will be to late.

no not any time soon because the world today still has its hate problems with terroist and wars and gangs and such. once we get to a safe place in time where we wont have to worry if we'll get shot going to buy milk then we'd live a better way of life

Yes, just not in my lifetime. It will happen because people will get tired of their religions starting wars, people will get tired of Dictators, people will get tired of Socialism. The nations that have already got all three taken care of are ahead in this direction.
We just have to wait for the world to catch up and grow up.

Because life is competition. Competition for pretty nearly everything needed to survive, and only the fittest survive.
Darwin was right.

I doubt it. The population is rapidly expanding, and everything's becoming more impersonal. People have to fend for themselves nowadays, and the ways of doing that aren't quite gentle.

No, because i also believe in the Bible that says that things will get worse until God's day comes to make justice in the earth, does not mean the earth will end, meaning the bad people will end, and everyday you see more selfish, greedy, lovers of money then lovers of God, and that is just wat has to happen until the end

i don't believe so, as much as i hate it...aggression is in out genes,..wether it be big such as a war or small such as the bully at school....it will never stop, also humanity is too often too ignorant and immature to realize the damage they cause.

unfortunately, no. because even if 99% of the world was gentle and kind, that 1% could screw up everything with greed or violence.
