7(9-56-7y)-9 = 9(63y-56+42)-82
63-392-49y-9 = 567y-504+378-82
-49y-338 = 567y-208
-49y-567y = -208+338
-616y = 130
y = 130/-616
y = -0.211038961 (038961 repeating)

Parentheses first. Then brackets. Whatever the aanswer in the end is equals y. I have no idea what the answer is. Good luck.,
