I have audio no video

There may be a few reasons.

- Need to run Windows Updates
- Need to get the appropriate Video licenses
- Need to update Windows Media Player
- Need to update your DVD player software

If you do not have 256MB of RAM, that PC is probably running very slow. Maybe you need more RAM. Check your computer and model at http://www.coastmemory.com See if you can upgrade it to 512MB or more.

Many people make the mistake, and upgrade to Windows XP when the computer just does not have enough power or memory or disk space. I hope that you have about 5GB of space Free on your hard drive.

Sounds like you are missing the lastest codec (coder/decoder) for showing videos. Go to http://divx.com and download the latest free codec and that should solve the issue.

you have no video at the same time you have no audio?
the software for your video player like media player could be corrupted
