Well, you only go trick or treating on Halloween, which is October 31. So you'll have plenty of time to practice.
Get a costume of ANY kind. Go to every house in the neighborhood (in the evening, of course), ring the doorbell, and when the person answers, say 'Trick or Treat', and they will give you candy.
Some rules:
1. It's just for kids.
2. If the light on the front porch is not on, don't go to the house.
3. Not everyone participates in this custom, so don't be surprised if some folks don't give out candy.
As for you other questions, I'll combine them: You wanna cheat and get a pool? Steal a neighbors in-ground pool! If you can do that, then you deserve to keep it!

Yes, I know how to go trick or treating. Ask your parents and they can tell you. The pool store would be a good place to buy pools and I don't cheat so I can't help you there. Have a good night!
