There is also the chance that the world is just a figment of my imagination and you don't really exist. To paraphrase Descartes, I think, therefore I am, but I don't know about you!
While anything is possible, I think it's likely that we are really living in this world as we perceive it. On the other hand, I don't think "reality" television has much to do with reality.

If this is a serious question , then you need professional help from your Doctor and a Psychiatrist.If you are just asking a hypothetical question , meaning something that could be but does not exist. Then the answer is still no we are not living in any such thing. If you take too many drugs you might start to believe these fantasies.You may have a serious problem with facing reality so take it slow and go see your guidance counsellor or mentor and especially right away , your Doctor.Get help and talk to your friends and relatives.Most importantly tell someone.
