Intoxication?
Stroke?
Seizures? Could be petit mal or partial complex seizures.
Either way, this needs to be checked out ASAP. Young people can have strokes. It's time for an ER visit NOW.

Definitely a serious situation that can only be diagnosed by a professional. If it is happening right now you need to go to the ER

I would say multiple sclerosis or
darnit I forgot the name of the other one..hold on!

Could be anything from a stroke to MS, but obviously it's serious -- this young person should get medical help immediately!
