Might be a deviated septum which can be cleared up.

I don't know but I get the same thing - don't know when it change but my bf constantly has to work out what side to kiss me on.

Oh wait, actually my dentist did a 360 xray a couple years back and my nose is ever so slight skew at the top (it doesn't look it at all so I was shocked but explained why this might happen)

SOunds like a sinus issue. Discuss with your doctor. You may have some sort of blockage. You should be able to breath freely from both nostrils.

It's not considered to be a problem if it doesn't cause you to feel short of oxygen. It sounds like you either have allergies, and/or a deviated septum, but only a physician can diagnose. I would recommend seeing an ENT doctor. And please don't use nasal sprays for more than 3 days. They can become addictive!

Have a doctor check you for adnoids (which are fixable) or other problems. An otolaryngologist would probably be best.
