In a nutshell, iTunes. Not only is iTunes an MP3 player for your computer but when you're online, you can also use the music store. Click onto the link marked 'iTunes Essentials'. Then choose 'My Grooves'. Also there are some good mixes from other people from the link 'iMix'.

These are a collection of other people's mixes some of which are specified for workout music among other things. Even though you're paying for these songs, it's worth the download price. As for what type of genre I'd choose some 'R&B' or 'Techno' music and just go with the flow.

I remember while the situation I worked for had a radio on. That stupid station performed an identical 5 songs nighttime after nighttime after nighttime. It replaced into some crappy song too! each sometimes they had upload a sparkling music in in spite of the fact that it replaced into nevertheless stressful as may be!

Try breaking outside your fav. groups. I like those bands too, but I find dance music and hip-hop keep me motivated longer. Try Black-eyed Peas or if you can't bare it maybe some old 80's music--think roller-rink back in the day.
