no but it is your decision yes no not really but if your mom and dad are ok with it who am i to judge yes and yes dont really have any room to answer the one about sex by the time that i was thirteen i had been having sex for two years so if you are comfortable with it and old enough to accept the consequences then i guess it is left up to you

Have a cell phone - I got one for my 14th birthday. If you are responsible enough I see no problem with it.

Sleep over at a guys house - Yes, it is to young. You don't want a bad reputation already at 13 do you?

Have a bf - People have bf's at the age of 8, but they aren't serious. You probably will not have a serious boyfriend at least until you get into high school.

Go to bed at 1 a.m. - Nobody should go to bed at 1 a.m. if they have work or school the next day no matter how old they are. But, if you have nothing to do the day after then I see no problem with it.

no - not at all - do you really think at 13 yr old can handle the responsibilities and consequences of sex? I would love to say more but wonder why are you even asking these questions. I believe 16 yrs should be able to have a boyfriend but not sleep overs. 18 year olds should be able to go to bed at 12:00 am. 16 should be able to have an emergecy cell phone on her. I don't think kids of any age should be having sex unless they are ready for all the responsibilities that comes with it - pregnancies, AIDS, broken heart, abortions - no one is invincible. You play with fire and you will get burn some way some how.

13 is NOT okay to have sex... you are barely a teenager! I think having a cell phone is okay. NOT sleeping over at a guys house because that leads to sex. I think it would be okay to go to bed at 1am as long as you are good and rested enough for school. That depends on the person. I didn't have sex until I was 18 and I am very proud of myself.

Have sex? No, your body isin't mature enough, though your mind, it's possible. Have a cell phone, not really, no point until maybe later on when you do things outside home more, slepp over a guys house? If he's trustworthy....have a bf, why not ones that dedicated to you, bed @ 1AM, sure on weekends, why not, not school nights, you need sleep, it's part of growth.

Cell phone and 1 am, yes. The other stuff, HELL NO! You don't know what you're getting into. Plus, a lot of people regret those types of things when they're older. Wait until at least 16 for those other things.

It's okay to have a cell phone, it's okay to have a boyfriend, BUT PLEASE DON'T be having sex or sleeping over at another guy's house!! Trust me, you're way to young to be making mistakes that you'll regret for the rest of your life. Concentrate on school, enjoy your friends, date light, and go to bed at a decent hour. At least 8 hours of sleep preferably 10:00-6:00... Once again, STUDY HARD, you'll need it when you get to College!! Trust Me!!
