Uhhhhh- I guess it depends on how you define "bottom". All humans have a fine, light basic hair covering all over exept on palms of hands, soles of feet, etc. So girls don't (that I've ever seen) have hairy butt cheeks like many men do.
Do they have hair around the anus? Yes, unless they shave or wax it (ouch!!!!). But it's usually a minor amount compared to the hairy anal areas men have.

EVERYONE is different. but almost all human beings after they reach puberty will have hair on their head, under their armpits and on their pubic bone area.
Some people have less hair, Blonds and redheads.
Some people also have hair on their backs (males usualy)
but some females do also, some females have beards and mustaches but keep them shaved off for obvious reasons.
Most women have soft hair on their legs but shave it off also,
Most men have hair on their chest except for AMerican Indians and some Asians who do not have much hair on their chests,
