You can wash your back by laying in the bathtub on some scratchy towels and move back and forth on your back. Or you can ask the neighbor to come in and wash your back. You can hire a nurse to come in and wash you back. Go to the hose outdoors and turn the sprayer on and stand with you back to it. You can purchase a rag mop to use in the shower to wash your back. OR you can do like an elephant does. But you need to nail a wash cloth on the door way, and then standing up, rub your back against the washcloth, back and forth and up and down. Yaaaaa. But if you can't do any of this listed above, the I suggest strongly, DO NOT WASH YOUR BACK !

Second lesson: You don't have to see it after using soap and water on it to know that it's clean.

at the dollar store they always sell mesh sponges on a stick. those babies work WONDERS.
