The ozone layer has nothing at all to do with global warming or the greenhouse effect.

Global warming happens because of a buildup of greenhouse gasses in our atmosphere - specifically carbon dioxide, but there are others. Greenhouse gases are good at letting sunlight in, but not good at letting heat escape. The more greenhouse gases are in our atmosphere, the warmer we are (we need some, otherwise it would be too cold, especially at night!).

We get too much carbon dioxide from factory emissions and other human activity. Some of this carbon dioxide is absorbed by the oceans, which helps. But as Earth warms up the oceans warm up, and warm water can't hold as much carbon dioxide (you probably already know this if you drink soda - it's why warm soda is usually flat).

The only things that provide heat to Earth are the Sun and radioactivity in Earth's core, nothing else. The atmosphere just determines how much of this heat stays here versus how much is released off into space.

Allow me to state one more time that the ozone layer plays no role in global warming or the greenhouse effect!

This is a small hint to answer your question regarding natural causes of global warming. A.) Consider the eliptical patern of Earth's orbit. At some intervals this planet is closer to the sun. B.) Explore the release of methane gas from geological formations now thawing, that were once frozen (and therefore trapping methane gas).

The heat trapping of gases such as carbone dioxide (responsible for about 69.999% of global warming), methane, nitrous oxide etc.

The raise of surface temperature.

The raise of human population (which is a natural factor) hence reproduction.

The burning of forestry and other woods and gases which can be a result of various natural incidents such as heat, or even volcanic activity in some instances.

The ozone is thin, the methane gas being released from previous global warming, and I believe the more population we see the more carbon that works it's way to the atmosphere and with all the clearcutting there is not enough plant life to balance it out anymore. why worry I mean it's not like the world is mostly water to begin with .

global warming isnt natural...its cause the gases from people build up under the ozone and the sun rays that try to bounce off earth cant get through the thick layer....earth should look like venus if this keeps goin like it is

Greenhouse gases (eg. CO2, H2Ov, Nitrous oxides, O3, methane CFCs), depleation of the ozone layer, deforestation -- therefore causing soil erosion which washes into the water systems and eutrophication takes place and more water vapour ends up in the air and the temperature rises and the albedo of objects changes rapidly.

As more and more trees are being cut down or burned, it will also contribute to global warming.
