my daughter was the same way - she came home from the hospital with bows in her hair because it was so long... hers never fell out either.
Enjoy it... most wish their child could have hair at that age.

My 3 1/2 month old's hair hasn't fallen out yet either. She was born with thick 2 inch long hair. My older daughter didn't have as much hair but it only fell out in the back when she was about 2 months old. It still hasnt' caught up in length with the rest of her hair, which is down past her shoulderblades now.

I have 4 boys. All of them were born with heads full of beautiful hair. Not one of them ever lost their hair (except for the little bald spot in back). Some kids lose their hair most do not.

I had a lot of hair when was born as did my son (and he was almost 3 months early) and neither one of us lost any hair. When my son was 1 he looked like a little baby Einstein with his crazy curly hair. One old wives tale is if your baby has a lot of hair that you will have major heartburn,. I NEVER had heartburn...not once. My sister had constant heartburn and my niece didn't have hair until after she was a year old

Both my kids kept their birth hair. On the oldest one, her birth hair changed from brown to cornsilk blonde within 12 months. With the other her hair stayed brown, but turned curly by 12 months.

My daughter's hair never fell out either that I noticed (she's now 2). Don't worry about it - just think of it as she will be able to experience her first haircut sooner than most kids!

My son had alot of hair and it fell out, as a child myself i had lots of hair and never fell out and i still do. It really just depends on a persons body.

Depends on what kind of hair it is. Babies can lose their fine hair, but they usually hang on to the coarser hair.

As you can tell from my avatar, I was only born with fine hair...and it never grew back ;-)
