Life is a Journey. At the start of a journey, it is quite different form the end of a journey. Have'nt you noticed that at the start, it is one of anticipation, of wonder, uncertainty etc. Closer to the end, it is "let me doze off!, I am sick and tired, I am irritable, I have seen it all before etc" You sound like you are more at the end of the journey. Surely that is not the case? If I am correct i.e you are not that old; then you have lost one very important ingredient of happiness. Search deep within yourself, therin lies the key!

No! cause we as adults should be teaching these teens to what is right. We need to put them on the right path, and get them off the bad things. The 5 most important things for teens today are: The perfect Body, Dressing Right, Socially Active, Drinking and Doing Drugs, & Sex. These are the pressures they have today. We need to be there for them.

It is our responsibiltity to give the younger people advice imagine if on piece of advice you gave them stopped them from committing suicide, killing a teacher or doing drugs. You need to think about the impact you could be having.

In a way, yes. It just makes me want to show them how unimportant some things are and how important things they ignore are. And that they have a lot more life ahead of them.

Yeah....it gets tiring, but I try to overlook them and look for the questions that sound like people that really need advice. I think, "What would Michael Landon do?"

haha yes but sometimes when I'm feeling gossip-y I answer them seriously. Other times I just feel like being sarcastic, and those questions are very good for sarcasm!

That's what's important to them in their lives right now - let 'em be teenagers and get it out of their systems. Adult responsibilities come soon enough.
