One day at a time... After having been a breast cancer survivor for 16 years and an ovarian cancer survivor for almost a year and a half, I've learned not to peer too far into the future but to live each day to the fullest, day by day...

"Do or do not, there is no try" I do live by this along with a number of other concepts. When you try to do something, the end result is that you tried, not that you succeeded. When you do something, you succeed. When you do not do something, you also succeed. It is a win-win situation all the way around. :-D

To the very toes he is terrified,
for the ground gives way under him,
and the dream begins."

- Henry Van Dyke.
I actually have this framed in my bathroom, it is that much of a daily reminder to myself to get out of my own way.
