The woman would probably make a move.
You see, if a married man is flirting with a woman and she makes a move on him like a kiss or getting touchy-feely, then he probably won't push her off and things will end up hot and heavy.
However, I hope you're really asking out of curiosity and not planning to mess up someone elses marriage.

I don't agree with this at all. Happily married men's wives know how to keep them happy and keep the wandering eye in check. It's up to both parties to keep putting in the effort and making time for each other. Keeping things fresh and interesting are just a couple of the keys to staying happy and healthy. Both parties need to express their sexual desires and realize that, when they can't be met, a compromise should ensue. Every couple changes and grows sexually, but if there's still a spark and open communication, there should be no reason for either to cheat. If cheating happens, it's either issues from before the marriage/relationship, or ufulfillment through change in the sexual chemistry, both of which can't be blamed on the other person. It just happens. If the cheater would be honest from the beginning and recognize these feelings early on, then cheating wouldn't happen in the first place.

You may be young. And if you are ...stop and think. It is really not a good idea. For so many reasons. Are there children?? Do you want to be that person??? If he shows interest....soo?? What does that matter. I mean, what man doesn't show interest?? That is the problem with women. My garndmother told me that if my husband like's my hair long..I should keep it long...there are many other women who would love to have your place. WHAT?? I am not in a competition with any women. I am not the smartest, or sexiest, or whateverest. But I will be damned if I will live my life competing with "what if another woman." If women stood together, we would rule the world. I am not kidding. But it is our catty, back stabbing, one upping nature that will forever destin us to be subject to a man's world.
Last tid bit of advice.....Karma...it is a MF...and I am not kidding about that either. Marriage is not like having a boyfreind. There is a life made, promises, compromises, kids.....would you want someone to help take that from you? If a man is going to cheat, there is not a damn thing the wife can do. I know you are not the one married, and really he is the one that made the vows, he has made the promises....why doesn't he just leave instead of torturing her? What kind of man is that really? What if you get preg?? Accidents happen. You would not even believe the hard road you would have to walk. To have that label., oh man , you would not trust him, and that will either ruin you or your marriage.
In the end it is your decision...make sure it is one you will be able to be proud of later in life. Eventually we all grow a conscious.

RE:
How does one get a married man to cheat with her?
Just curious. If a married man has shown interest in her by way of flirting, what is the most common next step in order to get it going with this man? I know it sounds like a trashy question, but just curious as to how an affair starts.

An affair starts with two willing people, a married person expressing interest in a person outside of their marriage, and a willing person who wants to have a relationship with another person.
I will STRONGLY advise you against this, as this type of situation can only end one way...BADLY. In the long run you will want him to leave his wife and this is something that will probably not happen. You will have wasted time and emotion on a doomed relationship. Also you need to view this through the eyes of God, adultery is a major no-no, and both of you will be guilty of this if you go through with this. The Bible says that adultery and fornication are "sins of death", and he who adulters sins against his or her own body. Food for thought.
Also keep in mind that someday you will be married, and you wouldn't want a third person interfering your marriage. Also remember that if he is willing to cheat on his wife it's most likely not the first time, so he is not good relationship material anyway.
By the way, there are plenty of single men out there, you should go after some of those instead of with a married man.

Give her a break guys. She is just asking a question. First of all Why would you want this married man? Secondly, I believe he has led you on, maby he is flirting or maby he is being friendly, do not mistake the two. Sounds like you are infatuated.
Find out first The Big WHY "Y". Don't do anything hastily. Do you believe in Carma?

It is never a good idea to cheat. First, see if his wife would give permission for him to have extracurricular relationships. It does happen, more than you think. If not, ,then don't go there. It means heartbreak for all.
Just because he is flirting, doesn't mean he wants to start something. He might just be playing.

If you want a boyfriend so bad, then I highly recommend following this https://bitly.im/aOeu2 Since you've never dated or been kissed before, it's going to be hard to get a boyfriend if you don't know what to do but once you know what to do, you'll be able to get a boyfriend pretty easily and can share your dating stories with your friends and experience those feelings yourself. You'll even be able to attract guys you might feel is out of your league. I suggest going on a bunch of dates before choosing one guy to be your boyfriend. Have fun.

take a little interest in the things that you know that he likes the man that i am with was into chicken fighting and the more that he noticed that i was taking interest the more he took interest just make sure that if you are going to do it that you are doing it for more than just sex cuz if not it will only hurt worse in the end than if he had actually loved and left you it does make for some fun hot memories
