Girl, do some swats. That's when you stand then get into the position where you are about to sit on the ground with out the body twisting. Just bend your knees and lower upper body down to where your bootay should be. You probably just need to work out the muscles there, either that ..or just get up and stretch for a second. lol. Silly. : P
P.S. That exercise will help you tone your butt. Do about 100 of them a day and you'll see the difference in a couple of months.
