Lol...fun question...Hmmm for me it is also the back of the neck and the side of my upper body from just under the arm to my waist...drives me wild...lol.

I agree with the first answer: depends on who is touching
if it is someone I care about or am attracted to, then the lightest touch anywhere, the softest caress on any part of my body will give me chills
but if it is someone that i dont like or does nothing for me... doesnt do a thing

For me what does it, is not the touch but the almost touching that makes me go weak in the knees.
