You'll keep growing until you reach around 18. You will be more than likely at 6.5 or 7 feet.
If you're going to be very tall maybe you sould be taking extra calcium, calcium also helps in muscle cramps during growth spirts.

My uncle Wayne was a skinny shrimp until he was 17 and then, boom! 6'7" and slender. In general, men's bodies can keep growing until at or about 24. At 5'10" you are no shrimp for 14 years old. Do I detect a basketball career wish here? Or has somebody brainwashed you to believe that anything under 6'5" is short bread time?
Dude, you do not want a major growth sput. It hurts. Your height is determined prior to birth in your DNA. No amount of HGH will make you any taller than you are fated to be. Usually one can look at dad, grandpa, mom, etc. and see the average height of these people and expect something in that area. Also, if you have not yet gotten significantly into puberty, you will have a big growth spurt. If you are well into puberty there are no clues because puberty can last years. Sorry to break that news to you.
I think, my friend, that you are too focussed on how you look to others and not focussed enough on what you are doing for others now and how you will leave a significant imprint on your society when it is all said and done. Get your mind off your height so that your inner calm can let your beanpole body do its thing.

Wow, I wish I was 5'10" . But to answer your question, you will probably continue to grow taller. Growth stops between the ages of 18 - 20 years for humans. There are actually only two growth spurts, one when you an toddler (i.e. 0 months to 12 months) and one at puberty. After puberty, your growth starts to plateau and stop at 18 - 20 years old, which is true for both men and women. Since girls start puberty earlier (i.e. 11 years old), they oftentimes are taller than a boy with the same age.
In old medical textbooks, they state that a person height is somewhere between the heights of the father and mother, a so called average of the two heights. Well, in my experience, it doesn't hold. Though your height is partially genetic, nutrition also factors in as well. Poor nutrition can stunt people's growth.

Just as tiny fertilized egg cell from which you began divided again and again to become a baby, the trillions of cells now making up your body continues to divide as you grow. The more cells you have, the bigger you become. Some cells divide to replace worn out cells and other divide to increase the size and change the shape of your body as you mature. Hormones- chemical that are produced by glands and circulated in your blood-help direct the growth of cells in your body during the process of growing up. Usually people are fully grown by the time they reach the age of 20 (although men take a little longer than woman.) By the time a person is 30, however, the rate at which the body cells renew themselves begins to slow down, and signs of aging appear. Chances are you will grow taller.
