Life of Pi, by Yann Martel is an amazing book - it's about a little boy who gets stuck on a lifeboat with a tiger from his zoo.

you don't say what kind of books you like to read so it's kind of hard to recommend..."wicked" is AWESOME (much better than i expected), and, even tho i don't like recent best-sellers for the most part, i really liked "the da vinci code" and "angels & demons". always remember - you can never go wrong with the classics (SHAKESPEARE IS AMAZING!!!)
