Only if the person giving up Rudi has two really good RB's already. Trent Green is an underrated fantasy QB. He is very consistent, what you miss out on is the hope that Manning is going to bust out another 40+ TD season.
From either side of the trade, I would only make this trade if I already had really awesome depth. Say if I was getting rid of Manning and I already had Eli Manning or Matt Hasselback. If I was getting Manning and giving up Rudi Johnson I'd be a little more heistant....unless I already had Steven Jackson and LT....for example.

peyton manning is good
but trent green and rudi johnson are better
and the fact he's giving you a runningback thats crazy
makes it better
u should accept that

Of course, just look at the number of points you will be getting. Who is the idiot trading a top 10 fantasy running back and a top 5 fantasy QB for one player???
Don't be surprised is your commish doesn't approve the trade or everyone votes against it. No way I would allow you to get that much for one player.

it is pretty much even; if you are the one recieving Trent Green and Rudi Johnson, only do it if you only have one good RB; If you are the one getting Peyton, make sure you have 2 reliable RB

if i was you i would check if the guy that ur making that trade to isnt in the same division as u r. If he is, then dont do it if he has another superstar in his team, it'll only be worse for you. If hes not in ur league however, then u could make the trade, sure......... but I personally would keep Manning no matter what

i would rather have rudi johnson than peyton manning....so whoevers getting rudi and trent green for manning is ripping them off....
