If you're in Internet Explorer go to View-Toolbars-Address Bar and make sure it's checked.

LOL.. dont you worry....... First off, it is called an address bar. On your browser menu , go to View and toolbars, check the address bar option and you will find it back.
If you still dont or if the address bar was already ticked on the View menu, then it may just be the matter of repostitioning it from either one of the sides of your browser. ;)

it would be helpful if u mentioned the browser ur using, but if ur using firefox, on the top, at the place where it says file, edit, view, go... etc, well, anywhere around there right click it and select navigation bar.....
but if ur using internet explorer then just right click anywhere on the top around the part i told u, and make sure the Address Bar is checked....

Try hovering over where your bars used to be until you see and arrow that's pointing up AND down, click on it and pull down. It may show up then.

IE explorer:
Right-click on one of the top menu> Adress bar
Firefox:
Right-click on one of the top menu> Navigation Toolbar
Mac:
... no right-click... I guess you're screwed! Why the hell did you buy a mac?
