well I am 4 years in Dubai. I have seen only 5-6 times it was raining and 2 times snowing for these 4 years.

You can swim whole year, it is never get cold in Dubai. Winter temperature on the night time will be min 16-18C, day time will be 25-27C min

The local climate is subtropical and arid, with a very high seasonal temperature variation. In summer (March to October) it is very hot, with temperatures around the 40° Celsius (105° Fahrenheit) mark during the day. Winters are much more bearable, with a drop to 10° Celsius (50° Fahrenheit) at times.

it depends a bit on you - if you are someone who feels the cold then you may find when the temp dips to around 12-15 its a bit chilly you would need a pashmina / cardi or jacket in the night but in the day you will find it very comfortable
I have known it get colder in the mountains (Hatta) or out in the desert over night perhaps down to 5 but the city seems to retain the heat
