My son use to do it for me, but I dont know because I don't know if I have to download a program or what or a software or what!

See if you have a photo program on your computer like photoshop or MGI. Then, your original pictures will need to be scanned into the computer and then repaired on a photo program. I used to have MGI photosuite and it had a "button" you could click on to remove scratches.

How to restore old Photo's, This one will let you use parts of the original picture to touch up the scratches, etc. Good luck

Maybe scan them and use some tools to blend the scratches.
Paint the same color,etc.
