I am maried to a non-citizen from the Phillipines she needs to go home to visit her sick dad?

her father has bone cancer and my wife hasn't seen him in 20 years. My wife Melinda needs a passport from Indianapolis and we need to know what is needed for her to go home after so many years

How come she's still not a citizen by now? That's ridiculous. Anyway she definitely needs a greencard and a passport in order to be able to return to the States otherwise she's SOL!!!!
