Is it true that a young guy who fathers a kid with an older woman the kid will be born with the gloids?

There is certainly a higher risk associated but it depends on her age and there are also plenty of tests to establish whether the unborn child may suffer from down's syndrome. A decision about termination can be taken from there. Tests aren't 100% though so there is always a risk.
