well the best way to avoid is, do the speed limit. but since i cant even do that its hard for me to give you that answer. i have a escort passport x50 radar detector. its one of the best on the market. its helped me everytime i drive so far and has never let me down.knock on wood. plus you have to have an eye for cop cars. you cant always spot them so theres no 100% safety of not being pulled over. now the way to get out of one is to go to court to fight it and not get the points on your record. i have a drivers legal plan that will most of the time get you out of a ticket. you have to pay for it but it wont be on your record. i drive a truck so that drivers legal has helped me several times already. hope this helps.

Be very polite to the cop. Say you are sorry, that you didn't know you did that. If you get to ticket, go to court. A lot of times the judge will reduce the points/charge if you plead guilty and take care of the fine that day. If you never have had a ticket, you can usually plead no contest and only have to pay court costs, which is less than the ticket.

a) follow the law
b) look out for cops
getting out of one
a) brag with the cop
b) bail the ticket(go to court) lots of people do that
c) go to traffic school not to get points off for speeding
