the primary concern would be the air supply (no air in space) as well as food, excretion, and someplace to live (like a spaceship.) also a major concern in the effect of the zero gravity on bone structure. i heard just the other day on the news about this. there is a lot of calcium lost by astronauts. If astronauts are going to go on very long space flights, we'll have to figure out how to prevent bone loss
