A program called magic ps was used on me, it has disabled msconfig,regedit, and taskmanager.?

when trying these programs i get the mssg: " [prog] has been disabled by your administrator"

and i dont have a administrator, i AM it and have an admin account

You could try doing a system restore...If you don't have access to it because of the admin thing. Try this

Start the System Restore tool at a command prompt
1. Restart your computer, and then press F8 during the initial startup to start your computer in Safe Mode with a command prompt.

So talk to your administrator about getting it removed.
