Space sickness a variant of transportation sickness, like sea sickness, is a sensitivity to acceleration and is an important biological phenomenon to take account in space travel. Astronauts must not be subject to it.

Are taken in consideration:
- the absence of grativy = bones are loosing the calcium, muscles atrofiation, blood circulation is affected.
- various accelerations and decelerations = temporary affect the blood circulation to / from internal organs and .... the BRAIN.

you have to have gravity to feel the effects of inertia. space travel at very high speeds would feel like you were sitting still.
