We absolutely should not...
But the reality is that everything you said is exactly what we are doing. We are judging their culture based on our own culture and lack of understanding of theirs.
People forget that those ppl have 1000s more years of history and culture than we do. They are going to survive without us no matter what we do.

It's all based on culture. Most people see from a single perspective, the one they chose or the one they were trained to see from, by their culture.
Most people are trapped within that cultural perspective, and have never learned how to see the world from different viewpoints. That's just one reason why we've become so polarized, as a country and around the world.

Iraq has been around longer then pesky America, and yet America did everything in her power to undermine the current Iraq, solely because of one man and use this as a reason to launch a war, and demolish the country, setting it back another 50 years.
Ignorance prevails.

Yes they are and yes we can. I am completely against the post-modern belief that human beings can no longer make judgments. Especially, that these judgments are impaired by the fact that some ancestor of yours was a bad guy. If society is no longer able to make judgments about right and wrong, good and evil, self preservation and suicide than it is lost.

IMHO, most judgements derive from cultural "standards" the judger is not even aware of. In this context, the act of judgement itself is based in ignorance. So, to answer your question, yes; the less knowledge we have, the quicker & more ironclad the judgement.
