Why is that
And is it true I have to add minutes every 60 days
I hava a Motorola Fone from Tracfone And I bought it september 9 ,06
I cant make or get calls

Yes you have to add minutes every 60 days for Tracfone, unless you buy one of their special 365 day cards (the double minute one is the best deal in the long run... but pre-paid in general can be kind of expensive...)

But first... you mentioned you bought it today. Have you had a chance to set it up? (like you've punched a bunch of numbers in your phone and you have a phone number and everything...sorry have to ask.) Sometimes they say it takes up to 24 hours to activate a new one, but they usually do work right away.

If not, there are 2 ways to activate your phone, one is online:

or call them: 1-800- 867-7183

It is in most cases easier to do things online yourself. They seem to get really busy and you may have to wait a while when calling. My friend says he has the best luck in the morning.

But... if you did set it up, it is weird to me that it says 'Service disabled'. In the troubleshooting part of Tracfone.com they say to go here if you are having the problem you are having(It would be the 2nd option):

If you are lucky, you may just have to wait a few more hours for it to work. I hope this helps.
