All tho you concieved (got pregnant)on feb 12th the doctor will count 40 weeks from the first day of your last period.so you got pregnant some time in that month.

If you conceived on Feb. 12th that means the day you got preganant = Feb. 12th they are the same thing. You could have had sexual intercourse before that - that led up to the Feb. 12th Date of Conception (Conception is the date the Embryo implanted itself into the wall of your Uterus).

It takes anywhere from 6-24 hours for the sperm to meet the egg and then 7-10 days for the egg to implant in the uterus.
