anyway.......
drink lotsssss of waterrrrrrr
eat fruitssss anytime of the day..
drink green tea it helps burn fat
grape fruit does too
do not eat after 6pm
dont forget the 2litrs of water a day
atleast 1hr of working out (cardio) everyday 7 days a week.. well 15kg in a month, u should workout an hr everyday,,,
Ummm watelse.. eat a fist only of protein.. fish is the best... fish and veggies thats ofcourse lunch........ nyway good luck u can lose 15 if u rllyyyyyyy do this!! i guarantee it.. i wana do this too!!

Run 5 kilometers per day, 6 days per week, for 30 days and you will lose 3 to 5kg.
More than that and you have to remove a limb.

I have the best diet but you have to follow it and not cheat at all.O.k.... The grape fruit diet. in the morning have a glass of sugar free grapefruit juice 1egg (anyway) and 2 slices bacon.
LUNCH: glass of grapefruit juice any green veggie and as much meat as you want.
SUPPER: same as lunch only green veggie any meat and a much as you want.
SNACK: glass of skim milk (it will tighten your skin)
don't eat any white veggies or sugar water or tomato juice is fine to sip on. I hope this helps ya good luck oh ya exercises it always helps (Pilate's)!!!!!

That is a very unhealthy goal. You should only look to lose about 1 pound a week.
