Absolutely. I discussed it with my doctor, and he said it's actually more than likely due to your blood pressure dropping rapidly after you have sex.
I get a horrible headache, and my vision actually goes cloudy for a few seconds. My doctor said to take a little more time about getting up.

Yes, when you have an orgasm your heart rate and blood pressure go up which are 2 causes of headaches. I'm guessing it is a pounding headache, have been there myself.

It's the increase in your blood pressure causing the pain I believe. If you recently had a head injury, like you bumped your head, the injury would hurt more with an increase in your heart rate until it healed; could take a few weeks. I don't think it's just the orgasm causing the pain; if you do any exercise or get your heart rate up, I bet you'd get the same pain. If it continues for several weeks, you need to see a doctor. In the meantime, my advice is to go out with guys that can't bring you to "really intense orgasms". Please settle for just a "plain orgasm" or maybe an "intense orgasm".

If you are contracting the muscles in your neck and/or jaw (TMJ) while you are having an orgasm, yes this could cause headaches. You may not be conscious of doing this. Try relaxing your facial and neck muscles when having an orgasm.

on the contrary, you will feel relax,
the parts of the female brain responsible for processing fear, anxiety and emotion start to relax and reduce in activity. This reaches a peak at orgasm, when the female brain’s emotion centres are effectively closed down to produce an almost trance-like state.

It does tend to raise one's blood pressure, especially if you have to work like heck to get to the big "O". People occasionally (rarely) die during sex, but they also drop dead from most other kinds of hard physical effort or activity. If you have a heart or medical condtion you should get it properly treated and clear strenuos activity with your doctor.

Yes, orgasms raise your blood pressure. It is not normal, unless you have high blood pressure to begin with.
