You need to go shopping and then come back and watch it again and again, until you fully realize it is not true. Don't go to bed at all, this way you won't be fightened. Put a blanket on , as that will help the trembling.

By all means, sit and tremble. And pour holy water all over your TV..it has become a portal for demons to enter your life. I know, My life is full of them. And my TV no longer works. Now I am going to miss Law And Order..talk about cursed.

Well got to admit used to be hooked on most haunted but since dereks left, it's been poor quality. Go to bed I'd say, lol.

Most haunted is spooky at times but thats only put on and what they want 2 show. I do believe in all that but just not in this show anymore, i now realise its just all put on and a act.

Presumably you have now had a night's sleep..... If you ever decide to watch Most Haunted again, please take it with a huge pinch of salt. Don't get me wrong, I'm a believer, but show's like MH just really P me off....... Best not get me started!

D'oh! I try not to watch those programmes at night. Think of good things and don't dwell on what you saw. Watch something else for a bit and then go to bed.

most people find that watchn something scarey is xciting some find it terifiying its how u feel when u believe in ghosts u c things that arnt there it gives u an addrenalin rush have a cuppa then go to bed
