I tried to do a search for your son but it was not easy. If my son wanted the same thing, I would purchase a duvet set in solid color, most likely blue and some colorful outfits with south park images, I then cut them out and sew them on the duvet set the way my son prefers. This would be a wonderful parent-child weekend project. I enjoy doing things with my son and hope you do too. Good luck.

look for "south park bedding" on google. the best alternative is probably to make one, although I know that might be hard, but if you really want one, then you can go to a department store or a professional designer/sewer and bring the design and ask them to sew it for you. It might end up costly becuase there's a lot of labour involved, but anything to make ur son happy, right? P:
